Film Scouts is an award winning movie premiere and film festival zine. Some of the accolades include: Netscape Cool Site, Yahoo Cool Site and Pointcom 5% among others.

Matthew Mandell has been an integral part from the inception of the project. He was the original site builder and remains the Web Weaver, On-line Editor and Event Specialist. He just recently arranged for a sponsorship deal for the Cannes Film Festival section.
