It gives me great pleasure to send my greetings to those attending the Twelfth Israel Film Festival sponsored by the lsrafest Foundation. This is a special occasion during which many join together to celebrate the achievements of the Israeli film industry.

I commend the supporters and contributors to the Israel Film Festival for their commitment to broadening and enhancing Israeli film production in the global entertainment marketplace. In addition, I commend the Israfest Foundation for their efforts at promoting film as a medium for intercultural exchange. It is always gratifying to unite with those dedicated to the advancement of intercultural relations and economic development. By working together, we are improving the quality of life in our City.
